Is there a material and supply mark up? NEVER, with 3R's! We never mark up the materials we purchase for your project, we feel that we didn't make the materials so all we ever charge is what we pay for the materials. Never a mark-up, however every once in a while we have to charge a fuel surcharge if picking up large loads of materials.
